Love
The love of God is unconditional and unmatched. It holds the heart and mind. It shields them from disaster. But we often walk away from this true love. The heart wants what it wants, they say. The heart, so fragile, desires to be embraced. To be the chosen one. The one joined to another in love. The one to build life with. The one to say to family, “Come, let us celebrate.” Eat cake, drink wine, and have a good time. But is this the only love we were meant to desire?
